• We do not guarantee specific seat numbers unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
• Entry is subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and event organiser.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Client:

• All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
• In some cases, resale or transfer options may be offered at our discretion.

By Us:

• If we are unable to fulfil your booking, we will offer:

6. Event Changes & Force Majeure

We are not liable for changes outside our control, including:

• Event rescheduling or cancellation
• Changes to venue, line-up, or timing
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, tickets may remain valid for rescheduled dates in line with the organiser’s policy.

7. Travel & Accommodation

Where travel or accommodation is included:

• Bookings are subject to third-party provider terms
• Availability and pricing may change until confirmed
• Clients are responsible for valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas)

We act as an intermediary and are not liable for third-party service failures.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with venue rules and regulations
• Behave respectfully at events
• Not resell tickets unless permitted
• Provide accurate booking information

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Curtin & Co Events Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your booking
• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at events

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients obtain appropriate:

• Travel insurance
• Event cancellation insurance

This helps protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Your information will only be used for:
